What Are The AVAILABLE FORMATS?
MP3 – Our high quality MP3s are encoded at a bit rate of 320kbps, 250% higher than most digital retailers. MP3s do not contain Digital Rights Management (DRM) and are universally compatible across all digital media players including iPods, mobile phones, PC and Mac, PDAs and other music playing devices.
AAC- AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) files are encoded at 320kbps. AAC files are predominately compatible with Apple products including the iPod, iTunes and Mac. All our AAC files are free from DRM.

* File Size: A typical 3-minute song takes up around 5MB of storage space.
* Download Times: A single MP3 file 5MB in size will download in less than one minute on a typical broad-band Internet connection. A similar download on a 56k dial-up connection can take up to 30 minutes.
* Cover Art: Cover art is included with each song you download. -
What Is A Zip file?
A zip file is a file that contains other files that are compressed to preserve space. Zip files are a convenient way of sending multiple files to someone. You will not need any special software to open the zip file on your computer if you are on Windows XP, Vista or OSX operating system.
* If you cannot open the zip file then it is likely that you need to install a zip file extractor program, like the ones listed below. They are all free to download and use.

I cannot download my tracks?
If the message ‘SORRY, THIS FILE HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED TOO MANY TIMES’ appears instead of your download then you have ran out of download attempts. You can download each file up to 5 times, once you have downloaded the file a maximum 5 times you can no longer download it. For further help please contact our customer service team via the box below.
Enabling Downloads in Internet Explorer…
If you use Internet Explorer and continue to experience download issues after reading the items above, we recommend following the steps below to adjust your browser’s security settings. These instructions are specific to Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7:
1. Visit the Tools menu (this is a button in IE 7 and a file option in IE 6).
2. Select Internet Options and click on the Security tab.
3. On the Security tab, click the Custom Level button.
4. In the Download section, select Enable under “Automatic prompting for file downloads” and “File download.”
5. Click the OK button on the Security Settings and Internet Options screens to confirm your changes.

What If My Internet connection fails?
Don’t worry, if your internet connection fails during download, you won’t lose your music! You will have to start downloading the file from the beginning. Once you have connected back to the internet log into your email and find your purchase receipt. You will see all of your download links are listed.

Can I return a Download after I buy it?
As indicated in the Music Downloads Terms of Use, music downloads are not returnable once they have been purchased. If you need assistance with a purchase or download, please contact customer service.

Can I copy this music to give to my friends?
No. Purchasing music and then copying it to give to your friend (or anyone else) is illegal and this is breaking intellectual property law.

Can international customers Shop here?
At this time music downloads are only available to customers paying with PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
